Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. While we aim to ship the next day, occasional delays may occur. If there are any significant delays, a notice will be posted on our website.

We do not offer expedited processing, but customers may select faster shipping options at checkout based on carrier availability.


Shipping Carriers & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, using the best available rates at checkout. Shipping options vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.

U.S. Orders: Free shipping on orders over $100.

International Orders: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit. All orders include standard shipping insurance up to $100, and additional insurance can be purchased before checkout. If an issue arises, we can assist with filing a claim.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with an insurance claim. See our Return & Refund Policy for more details.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to be resent.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Customers will receive tracking updates via email. If tracking does not update or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us for assistance.
